FABRICE POLICELLA
CREATIVE DIRECTOR // DESIGNER
Fabrice is an Executive Creative Director with over 25 years of experience in 360° national and international campaigns for luxury beauty and fashion. He guides the world's most recognisable brands through long-term journeys in elevating their branding by overseeing their growth from print to digital, visual identity to packaging, and product still-life to beauty modelling campaigns. His unique talent in exploring a brand's different facets helps him find informed ways of engaging with audiences. Fabrice, endearing nickname “the eye” for his attention to detail, has a steadfast career in luxury in Paris, having worked with Assouline, Mazarine and other boutique agencies where he specialized in visual identity, design, advertising and editorial for brands such as Moët & Chandon, Cartier and Chanel.
He was appointed Executive Creative Director of international advertising agency SelectWorld's Los Angeles office in 2016, where he led the creative content of North America Wella brands into a bright new future of creative innovation with his trademark style of “French twist”. Before that, he worked as their Creative Director developing P&G and Coty portfolios and leading the development of their global beauty brands between Geneva and Paris.
From working in both the Europe and North American markets, he understands the small discrepancies between the different audience mindsets and needs. Fabrice is very excited to be part of the Brand Terminal network to develop tailored creative projects.
